Mike Flanagan - Agent
Mike has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and specializes in all Personal
Property & Casualty insurance lines, Commercial lines, as well as new and existing
customer reviews. He prides himself on his many years of protecting the assets of his
policyholders, assisting with claims and making his customers the #1 priority. Mike is a
native of Brecksville, Ohio and graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor
of Arts in Speech and Communications, with a minor in Business. Mike and his wife Mary
are parents to 8 children and reside in Powell, Ohio.

Mary Flanagan - Operations
Mary's focus is in the daily business operations. Her expertise helps to support the
delivery of excellent service to our customers, ensure Compliance and Best Practices and
to manage marketing activities. She has been involved in the Health Care Industry for 10
years working as a Director for a health-care cost containment organization and as a
Systems Manager for the implementation of Electronic Medical Records. Mary is a native
of Powell, Ohio and attended the American Institute of Alternative Medicine. She and her
husband Mike reside in Powell with their 8 children.
